Mr.Yogi Premium ("we", "us") is an independent reseller of premium digital subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform mentioned (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, ChatGPT, Canva, Spotify, etc.). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By placing an order you confirm you are an adult and the payment account you use is yours.

• Do not share, resell, lease, or publicly post the credentials we deliver.
• Do not change the password, email, profile name, or recovery settings of the account.
• Use only the number of devices and screens included in your plan.
• Do not use the account in countries or via VPN regions outside what the underlying platform permits.
• Use is strictly personal. Commercial / public-display use is not allowed.

Breach of any of the above voids the replacement guarantee and refund eligibility (see Refund Policy).

Subscriptions are usually delivered on WhatsApp within minutes of payment confirmation, and within 24 hours in the worst case. Delivery time depends on platform stock and verification.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices and run coupon offers at any time. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for loss of data, missed entertainment, or indirect damages caused by a platform changing its policies, removing content, or terminating accounts.

We may refuse service or cancel an order without refund if we detect fraud, chargebacks, harassment of our team, or repeated policy violations.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to place orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
