Refund Policy

Fair, transparent rules for digital subscription purchases.

1. Nature of our service

Mr.Yogi Premium sells digital subscription access to third-party platforms such as OTT services, AI tools, and productivity software. Because these are digital goods delivered electronically, the rules below replace the standard physical-goods refund flow.

2. When you ARE eligible for a full refund

  • If your subscription is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund.
  • If the credentials we share never work even once and we cannot deliver a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake and we received both, the extra amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

3. When refunds are NOT available

  • After working credentials/access have been delivered and used at least once.
  • If the account stops working because of misuse — sharing the credentials publicly, changing the password, exceeding allowed devices, using a VPN where prohibited, or violating the underlying platform's terms.
  • "Change of mind" after delivery.
  • If you bought the wrong plan duration by mistake and we have already activated it.

4. Replacement guarantee

If your subscription stops working during the active period due to a fault on the platform's side or the seller account, raise a ticket on WhatsApp and we will replace it with a fresh working access at no extra cost — usually within a few hours.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Open WhatsApp chat at +91 8618388937 within 7 days of the issue.
  2. Share your Order Number (e.g. MY12345) and a clear description of the problem.
  3. Our team responds within 24 hours. If approved, refunds are issued to the original UPI ID within 3–7 business days.

6. Disputes

Any dispute is governed by the laws of India and the courts of Karnataka. We always try WhatsApp resolution first — it's faster and friendlier.
