• Your name — to address you personally on WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp number — to deliver subscriptions and provide support.
• Email (optional) — for backup delivery if WhatsApp fails.
• Payment screenshot — to verify your UPI payment before delivery.
• Order details — items, plan duration, coupon, total, timestamps.

We do not collect your UPI PIN, bank passwords, OTPs, or card numbers. Payment happens entirely inside your UPI app.

• To deliver your subscription credentials.
• To verify your payment and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your support tickets, complaints, and feedback.
• To send order-status updates on WhatsApp.

• We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• We never send marketing spam.
• We never share your number with the platforms whose subscriptions you buy.

Order data and payment screenshots are stored on our secure cloud backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised admin staff only.

• Active orders: until the subscription period ends + 30 days for warranty.
• Payment screenshots: 90 days after order, then auto-purged.
• Tickets & feedback: 1 year for quality records.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you a copy of your data.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Permanently delete your records (after the warranty period of active orders).

Our website uses only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your shopping cart between visits. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
